⚡️Join us for this special series designed and taught by to help you regain your strength, stability and confidence in a mindful way.

Details:
✨15 class series held Nov 3- Dec 31st 2025.
✨Every Monday and Thursday 12pm-12:45pm.

Description of series:
This 8-week series focuses on foundational movements to gradually build strength and stability.

Utilizing various bodyweight exercises and multi-joint exercises you will improve joint health, increase mobility, all while building confidence and strength in a gentle, mindful, and gradual way.

Keyword- MINDFUL! You move at your own pace with the gentle encouragement and guidance of Amanda. No drill sergeant vibes here! ✨✨✨

🍃🌿🌱 The Solo jungle is growing!

A huge thank you to our thoughtful students and .jakup who gifted the studio this large and beautiful monstera plant. 🪴

It will brighten the day of so many folks throughout the winter months as they get to practice with it nearby!

All about that fresh air from these incredible plants to be breathing in during our daily yoga/movement practice.

If you have an unruly plant you don’t have space for anymore- we gladly accept donations!

🔊🌀🧘🏽 Relax with us this weekend! We welcome local guest facilitator- Eileen Lundgren of St.Croix Sound Therapy to our studio for a very unique, and fully immersive sound healing experience.

✨By playing several large gongs, full spectrum hertz frequency sound bowls, and other gentle vibratory instruments, Eileen will guide you into a deeply restorative and relaxing sound bath experience over the course of 90 minutes.

Grab a stressed out friend of yours and roll into the studio with a mat, comfy props (blanket, pillow, eye mask), and some tea/water for the best thing you could do with your precious weekend time!

Eileen owns and operates St.Croix Sound Healing in Hudson, WI and we are thrilled to collaborate with her on this special wellness workshop.
