We’ll enhance this energy with detoxifying yoga poses and breath work, then set it in with an extended shavasana + sound bath.

Rest and Restore, yoga for pregnancy and postpartum.
🧘🏽This class blends gentle movement with prenatal yin and restorative poses, ending with a supported shavasana safe for pregnancy and postpartum.

While sharing education on how to practice safely, Kianna will guide you through gentle poses and stretches using supportive props.

This style of practice is designed to release tension, encourage deep relaxation, and support your body. You will leave class with tools you can easily apply outside of class to enhance your energetic balance in this phase of your life.
