Hello Youth and Community!

Our Clubhouse in Catskill is offering Mind, Body, & Soul youth wellness workshops on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays!

Mondays until Oct 27th at 4pm, there will be QiGong, movement, breath-work, & self/co-regulation workshops.

Wednesdays until Oct 29th at 2:30pm, there will be No contact self-defense, discipline, & kick boxing workshops.

Thursdays until Dec 18th at 2:30pm, there will be meditation, mindfulness, somatic practice, & community building workshops.

These workshops are free to the youth. Hope to see you there!

Sean says: “Originally I wanted to do the show to benefit R’ville Stage Creations, but they voted to make the evening a benefit for the organization of my choosing. I am still overwhelmed by that generous act.

I chose the MHA of Columbia Greene Child Advocacy Center because I never realized how much violence against children I covered as a journalist until creating the play with the talented director Shae D’lyn.

The Child Advocacy Center provides emotional and financial support for children who are the victims of crimes uo to and through court trials.

I hope we can get a big audience to support this amazing and very very important organization.”

"It's a really good learning experience to go to Strengthening Families"

Find out what parents all over Columbia & Greene are talking about — where one meal a week could change your whole family. The Strengthening Families Program can help with mental health, communication skills, and family bonding.

Next round of classes is starting Tuesday September 23rd! Classes run from 5pm-7:30pm at our main offices located at 713 Union Street in Hudson.

This program is FREE and open to families with youth ages 10-14 (classes for other age groups will be available again soon!). There will food, daycare options for parents, transportation & giveaways.
