Thank you for your patience as we have made a software switch for our offices this year to 'Jane' (we think we're learning to drive the new program pretty well now!). With the new software, we have some exciting new features that will hopefully make your life more convenient!

You should have already received an e-mail invitation to set up your personal, secure portal. If not, just let us know and we'll get it to you ASAP. These are some of the cool things you can do when you are logged in:
- Schedule, change, or cancel appointments and view your appointment history
- Securely view financial transactions, make a payment, and download receipts.
- Securely message our office, just like Facebook Messenger with the bonus of HIPAA *patient privacy* compliance!
- View your Electronic Health Records. Just let us know to make them visible to you!
- Manage family members appointments and transactions.

We think you'll like these options. You aren't required to do any of it, of course, as you can still call or stop in as you always have. We definitely look forward to your feedback on the new system, so please feel free to share your thoughts with us!
