Join for a spooky, pun-filled, yoga flow followed by a pint of HiHO draft beer, treats, and PRIZES!

Costumes are STRONGLY encouraged - whether you go all out or throw on a pair of cat ears and do a cat pose - get festive, get spooky, and go for the gold!

Flow with the in a playful, all-levels vinyasa class at beautiful Sarah’s Vineyard. We’ll move, breathe, and laugh together under the pavilion with vineyard views. 🍇🧘‍♀️

🔥Heaters will be on and fire will be roaring.

No yoga (or wine) experience needed—just bring a mat and your good vibes.

After class, enjoy a complimentary glass of Sarah’s Vineyard wine, then stick around as the kitchen opens at noon for the perfect Sunday fall outing.

🌦 Rain or shine (we’ll be covered in the pavilion)
