UPDATE: WI is shutting down all non essential businesses until further notice starting Tuesday 03/24/20. Chris will be closing and locking doors tonight after he is done and we will be back as soon as we can. So sorry everyone, we did our best 😞

Hello MHF family! Hope you are all doing well and staying healthy. Wanted to update everyone as we have been working hard to come up with a plan so everyone that wants to workout can. We are still working out some different ideas and details but should have something for everyone later today. Remember we are all in uncharted waters with this and making this up as we move forward. We will make the gym available to our family one way or another.

Gym update 3/18/20: MHF will be closing at 6:30 am on 3/18/20 until the state lifts the 10 person limit. With this closing all door codes will be temporarily disabled.

Our 5 trainers will still have access for their clients if they wish to do so. While our trainers are at MHF, they are allowed to let members in but we MUST comply to the 10 or under rule at all times. Trainers and owners are the only staff allowed to let members in.

We are hopeful that this is only short term. We are adding a free month to the end of everyone’s membership for the inconvenience.
Hopefully you understand we did not come to this decision lightly but it eventually comes down to just doing the right thing for everyone.

If you do decide to workout, please practice social distancing and clean weights and machines when finished.

Spin at MHF is canceled. NO MORE SPIN CLASS AT 5pm Mondays. Thanks for everyone who participated. We will consider bringing it back in the spring.
