Stretch of the day!
Neck tilt stretch
1. Sit or stand, keeping your spine aligned.
2. Slowly tilt your head to the right, bringing your ear towards your right shoulder. Don’t lift your shoulder up; just let the head tilt.
3. You should feel a stretch along the left side of your neck.
4. Hold for 15- 30 seconds, then slowly return to neutral.
5. Repeat on the left side.
