And here we are... Around this time last year, I was gearing up for my first year in the beehive! We had just finished adding the final touches to our brand-new spa clinic. My brow room quickly transformed into a sanctuary filled with magic. All I wanted then was to refine my craft and take good care of some incredible queens and their brows while growing this family business we’d just opened. I knew this journey, like any new endeavor, would demand grit and time, and like most I also had a thought or two on how it “should” look. I’d even put together the perfect aftercare bag for my clients! So, what more did I need?

“What more did I need?”
I ask that because this year has been a year of questions, and recently, I stumbled upon a quote that perfectly reflects where I’ve found myself in the past year. Not just as an artist, but as me, Victoria. The quote goes: “Some years ask questions, and other years answer them.”

We often forget that behind every chair, every service, or every booked appointment, there’s also a person. If I could go back and give myself one more piece of advice, it would be this:

I’d remind myself that my voice doesn’t have to be loud to be strong.

In business, especially in today's world, the load can be heavy. But what's stood out to me the most is that I'm in this business to be the author and the lead, and it's going to look different from anything else out there because there's no other human like me. That, my dear, has been the key to finding peace and fulfillment in this business for me.

What excites me the most is that I know my service and craft are continually evolving into something unique and special for every beautiful soul I have the privilege to care for. My mission remains unchanged. I want to inspire women to take care of themselves, and to do it well. So to every brow I've touched, I hope I've also touched your heart and reminded you of how important and uniquely magical you are. My heart is so full as I look back and see so many beautiful faces in this space.
