💻 Stuck at your desk? Trust us, your body is screaming for movement!

Ever finish a workday feeling like you’ve aged 10 years? That stiff neck and tight low back aren't just "part of the job", they’re signs that your muscles are checking out.
It’s time to wake them up!

Here is a Simple Routine for Desk Jobs that you can do in under 5 minutes to fight muscle fatigue and boost your energy:

🎾 1. Lacrosse Ball Release (Chest & Upper Back)
Why: Sitting hunched forward tightens the chest and pulls on the back.
Move: Use the ball against a wall or with your hand to "roll out" tight spots. This breaks up tension and opens your posture back up.

👼 2. Wall Angels
Why: Reverses the "keyboard hunch."
Benefits: Increases thoracic mobility, strengthens shoulder rotators, and builds postural strength so you sit taller naturally.

🍑 3. Pelvic Tilts
Why: Sitting "shuts off" your core and compresses your spine.
Benefits: Activates the core, improves lymph flow, and is a total game-changer for reducing low back pain.

💨 4. Scapular Pushups
Why: Most of us have "lazy" shoulder blades from typing.
Benefits: Improves shoulder mobility and strengthens the muscles that keep your shoulders from rounding forward.

🦵 5. Air Squats
Why: To get the "pump" back in your legs!
Benefits: Increases heart rate, improves circulation, and gets that lymph flow moving after hours of stagnation.
