Having been in the industry since 2005, Iβve seen a variety of approaches to health + fitness + wellness. This experience lead me to create my signature Blissful Balance program-a complete wellness program that incorporates the mind, body and spirit for a more holistic approach to my clientβs health. While most immediately think that the body is the first thing to work on to get βfitβ I believe the mind + spirit are just as important. With this philosophy, I share different ways to look at life while giving you habits to improve the mind + body + spirit. All of these areas contribute to your overall well-being!
First-YOUR MIND. Your mind is a POWERFUL thing and what you think matters! Are you a cup 1/2 full, 1/2 empty or who the hell cares...it can always be filled up kind of person? Do you believe life happens to you or you are the creator of your reality? Do you hold grudges or forgive? These are little things that add up and contribute to your overall health! I meet your exactly where you are and share with you science + some other spiritual stuff to help you learn how to use your mind to improve your world!
Second-YOUR BODY. You can work with me 1-1 or with a partner in my home gym or join a crew at Anytime Fitness for classes. To train the body-we use a variety of resistance training, intervals and yoga. These three methods combined together build muscle, burn fat and increase flexibility. Your body is a glorious temple that has been gifted to you during this earth bound journey and it is your divine responsibility to take care of it! The healthier you are the more you can do...so letβs get healthy and make this world a better place!
Third-YOUR SPIRIT. Yep, we pray, support and encourage each other. My religion is love, so all are welcomed! We are all walking our own journey, yet we are all together. When we open up to others-we see how similar our struggles are, making them much easier to navigate. You are not alone in baggage, pain, hurt and circumstances that have caused wounds. Now is the time to recognize what has happened to you + deal with it + move forward with your life. You can deal with your s**t or you can pass it on to the generations to follow.
