✨ CoyDog After Hours: Thursday Evening Reset ✨
Looking for a way to shake off the day and reset your mind and body? Join me for an All Levels Vinyasa Flow, part of the CoyDog After Hours Thursday evening series.
This class is designed to help you unwind, move, breathe, and reconnect after a long day. We'll flow through accessible sequences, build strength, release tension, and leave feeling a little lighter walking out than when we walked in.
Whether you're brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years, this class meets you exactly where you are.
🧘♀️ Thursdays | 5:30 PM
📍 The Landing at Hudson Mills
Hosted at Ladybugz Interactive Agency
43 Broad St. A407, Building A
Hudson, Massachusetts
Come flow, breathe, and reset your nervous system with me.
This class may look gentle… but don’t let that fool you.
This one is sneaky powerful.
Restore & Reboot is designed to help your body reset, regulate, and recover. We slow things down, use supportive shapes, breath work, and nervous system resets to help your body shift out of “go-go-go” mode and back into balance.
Think of it like hitting the reset button for your body.
This class can help:
• calm the nervous system
• support the lymphatic system
• reduce stress + tension
• improve mobility without pushing the body
• give your brain and body a much-needed reboot
Perfect if you’re feeling burnt out, tight, overwhelmed, or just need to breathe again.
And yes… sometimes the slow work is the most powerful work.
Thursdays – 9 AM
Hosted at InFlyte Entertainment
23 Park Street, Hudson MA

Before the noise.
Before the emails.
Before the world starts pulling at you.
This is where we build the foundation.
Not fancy poses.
Not circus tricks.
Not “look at me” yoga.
We focus on:
• Strong basics
• Smart alignment
• Joint stability (yes, we’re oiling the Tin Man)
• Breath that actually does something
• And movement that works in real life
If you’re brand new, this is for you.
If you’ve been practicing for years, this is especially for you.
Because fundamentals aren’t basic.
They’re powerful.
We’ll wake up the hips (Hips don’t lie).
We’ll support the spine.
We’ll build strength without wrecking your nervous system.
9:00 AM at 23 Park Street Hudson, MA

There is more and more research coming out showing what many of us already feel in our bodies — moving your body is one of the most powerful tools we have for mental health. Period.
Regular exercise has been shown to significantly reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety. In mild to moderate cases, the effects can be comparable to medication or therapy. (And no, that doesn’t mean stop your meds — it means movement is a serious player in the game.)
Here’s what’s happening behind the scenes when you move:
You release endorphins — your body’s natural mood lifters.
You boost serotonin and dopamine — the chemicals that help with emotional balance and motivation.
You increase BDNF (brain-derived neurotrophic factor) — which is basically Miracle-Gro for your brain cells. Yes please.
At the same time, movement helps lower stress hormones like cortisol and regulate sleep — and we all know that when sleep is off, everything feels harder.
And here’s the beautiful part: it doesn’t have to be extreme.
We’re not talking bootcamp torture.
Thirty minutes of brisk walking.
Lifting some weights.
Riding your bike.
A solid yoga flow.
A few times a week.
That’s enough to create measurable change in your brain and your mood.
Is it a replacement for professional help in severe cases? No.
Is it powerful medicine that’s accessible, natural, and backed by science? Absolutely.
Movement is medicine.
And your body is wired to heal when you use it.

COYDOG AFTER DARK
Thursday • 5:30 PM
The Landing (inside Ladybug Interactive Agency)
New week.
Same boot.
Stronger mindset.
Yep, still teaching on a broken leg.
Yep, still modifying everything like a yogi mechanic with a toolbox.
Yep, still discovering that my body apparently updated its software without asking me first.
And honestly?
It’s sharpening the work.
Because this class has never been about nailing poses.
It’s about learning how to move inside your real life.
It’s about joint health, synovial fluid flowing like good olive oil.
It’s about nervous system regulation when the day has been loud.
It’s about walking out steadier than you walked in.
If you’ve been telling yourself:
“I’m too tight.”
“My knees are cranky.”
“My back is a mess.”
“I’ll start when things calm down.”
Friend… I’m cueing class in a boot.
We move smart.
We build strength where you actually need it.
We oil the hinges.
We take out the trash (lymph love).
We shift you out of fight-or-flight before dinner.
This is your Thursday reset.
No fluff.
No ego.
No perfect required.

COYDOG AFTER DARK
Tonight. 5:30 PM. The Landing.
Hosted at Ladybug Interactive Agency.
Yes… I’m still teaching with a broken leg.
Yes… I’m still modifying the crap out of everything.
Yes… I occasionally laugh at myself mid-demo because apparently my body has new “terms and conditions.”
And guess what?
It’s making me a better teacher.
Because this has never been about perfect poses.
It’s about showing up.
It’s about learning your body.
It’s about regulating your nervous system when life doesn’t go as planned.
If you’ve ever said: “I’m not flexible enough.”
“My knees hurt.”
“My back is tight.”
“I’ll come when I’m in better shape.”
Cool.
I’m teaching in a boot.
We’ll move smart.
We’ll oil the joints.
We’ll clean out the hallways (lymph love).
We’ll get you out of fight-or-flight before dinner.
This is CoyDog After Dark — our Thursday evening reset series.
Not therapy. Not fluff.
Real movement. Real nervous system work. Real life.

Born out of necessity, CoyDog Botanicals is Leslii’s salvation. The end-result of years of making her own all-natural skincare and healing products, she’s bringing this to you, to help find your balance. She offers all natural and organic Skin Serums, Clay Masks, Salves, and Muscle Rubs each with unique properties, designed to compliment each other.
In 2013 Leslii’s Siberian Husky Stolii was diagnosed with terminal cancer. She was given a week to live. With family on the road and unable to say goodbyes, Leslii found magic in herbs. She found ways to ease Stolii’s pain, giving her quality of life, and helping her live to say her goodbyes.
Then in 2014 Leslii’s life changed. She had knee surgery and blew out her Achilles tendon, and in the process of her Achilles healing, a non-cancerous tumor grew. After multiple surgeries, the tumor (now nicknamed Arnold) kept coming coming back. She lives in chronic pain, and with the left knee also hinging on surgery and fewer and fewer successes from the doctors, Leslii turned away from traditional medicines. Yoga, meditation and boxing became the first part of her focus. Oils, herbs and alternative medicine complimented and completed her recovery. Having been an organic gardener since 1988, Leslii was no stranger to growing her own herbs and spices. Leslii grew up watching her Mom spend most of her free time creating beautiful gardens. She grew up with a Master Gardener. Leslii broke up with pharmaceuticals and prescriptions, and forged ahead on the path of natural healing.
Now, years later, with no follow up surgeries on her knee or ankle, she’s managed her pain and Arnold. She’s discovered amazing healing and skin products and the benefits that herbs and alternative medicines bring to her body and soul. She looks forward to sharing it with you.
“Let me be your genie or your witch doctor!”
Finding balance on your skin, as organically and naturally as possible. Head back to basics. Deeply rooted in all the wonderful magic there is in plants.
So many amazing ways to use this golden bottle of magic.
Just a few ways to use this wicked cool golden liquid:
Rub three to four drops between palms, then gently massage over face and neck after cleaning, while still damp.
Add four to five drops to your moisturizer, blend well and apply to body.
Add three to five drops to your favorite clay mask, blend and smooth over face. Follow clay mask directions.
Apply to the entire body, to clean, WET skin. Don't dry before or after for best results! Like being a genie in a bottle of magic potion.
After a few weeks of using these oils, your skin will be stronger, softer and deeply fortified.
Soothe your muscles and joints with CoyDog Botanical salves and muscle rubs. These salves combine the power of beeswax with the mix of herbal essential oils for swift temporary relief of minor aches, such as backaches, strains and sprains. But that's not all! Coydog salves also work as an excellent moisturizer to soften skin and even treats minor cuts and burns. Best of all you can use it on your whole body, even your face.*
