5am workout. I get asked frequently why I get up so early; a mentor I’ve mine told me if I can get my day started before the sun comes up I’ve won the day. It also helps to keep my mind calm and focused in what can be called a chaotic life. On top of that as a health care provider I feel it’s my duty to set an example for my patients of what a truly healthy lifestyle should look like. Get up, get out and get going!!

I started going to Dr. Corey Borck around 15 years ago for a sciatic nerve problem. It had plagued me for a long time. I got relief after 3 visits! Both my husband and I have been going for different physical problems that come up. Both of us are retired and we have encountered different physical issues over the years. We always go to Dr. Corey and he always has the right chiropractic remedy for us. He is very professional, and kind and thorough in his adjustments. His staff is efficient and very friendly. Do you live with shoulder pain? Here are two exercises to help strengthen the smaller muscles that help to stabilize the shoulder joint. Keep the weight light (I’m using a 10 and 5 pound weight for example, you could even use a soup can if you don’t have any weights). Go slow and keep the movement controlled. Do 3-4 sets of 10-12 repetitions.
