"As an avid marathon runner, I have had my share of injuries. Each time I go to St Croix Spinal Care, I am on my way to recovery.
I am currently dealing with horrible plantar fasciitis that has me sidelined. I was in a boot and could barely walk. After a couple of weeks of dry needling and Graston, I am now able to take the dogs for a walk!! I am confident Iโ€™ll be on my way back to running soon as well.
