As an ER-trained nurse 🚑🩺, I’ve seen firsthand how our healthcare system often focuses on treating sickness rather than promoting true wellness. At the same time, I struggled with my own health—painful periods, migraines, gut issues, and fatigue—only to be told my labs were “normal.”

But I refused to accept that answer. Through comprehensive functional testing, I discovered nutrient deficiencies, hormone imbalances, and underlying inflammation that traditional medicine had overlooked. With the right support, I healed naturally—no unnecessary medications, just real solutions.

That journey led me to create Revive & Restore. Now, as both an Owner & Registered Nurse, my mission is to help others break free from chronic symptoms and experience true healing. Whether you’re navigating hormone imbalances, fertility struggles, gut issues, or overall wellness concerns, I’m here to help you uncover the root cause and restore balance—just like I did.
