AdvantageCare is looking for a dependable and compassionate Personal Care Attendant to join our team.

✔️ 25 hours per week (set schedule)
✔️ $12/hour (flexible based on experience)

Schedule:
Mon: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Tues: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Wed: 10:35 AM – 1:35 PM
Thurs: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Fri: 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Sat: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Sun: 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM

Responsibilities include personal care, errands (shopping), and daily support in a home setting.

Must be comfortable with smoking in the home and pets.

✨ Employee Spotlight: Kayla Agan ✨

When Kayla Agan learned that her client was struggling to safely enter and exit her home, she didn’t hesitate. After realizing a ramp was needed, Kayla took it upon herself to take action and help make it happen. When the ramp was installed, the client was filled with excitement and gratitude, a moment that reminded Kayla exactly why this work matters so much.

Kayla has always had a heart for caring for others. After spending years taking care of her grandparents, she knew home health was the field she wanted to be in. At AdvantageCare, she says it feels less like coming to work and more like being at home, where everyone works together, supports one another, and shares the same goal of providing the best possible care for our clients. She couldn’t imagine a better group of people to work alongside.

Outside of work, Kayla stays busy caring for her three young grandchildren, and in her free time she loves reading, cooking, hosting big get-togethers, and traveling.

We’re so grateful for you, Kayla, and for the compassion, initiative, and heart you bring to your clients every single day! ✨

We’re celebrating a huge milestone today! Melissa Holloman's 15-year anniversary with AdvantageCare Home Health! 🎉

Melissa joined AdvantageCare with one simple goal: to help the elderly and make a difference in her community. Fifteen years later, that passion still shines through in everything she does. One of her proudest accomplishments is growing alongside the organization by navigating change, embracing challenges, and continuing to show up for her team and the people we serve.

Known for her positive attitude and bold personality, Melissa has a unique way of connecting with clients on a personal level while being a true team player behind the scenes. Her knowledge, willingness to help, and genuine care for both clients and attendant staff make a lasting impact every single day.

Outside of work, Melissa loves spending time with her family and in her own words: “I am the spotlight! I am always willing to help someone, even if I am needing help myself. I will not ever leave a teammate or a family member behind.”
