We wanted to let everyone know that The Springs Nursing Facility will be closing the doors, as of Feb 8, 2023. We thank you all for your support and love over the years. We want to give a special thanks to all the families who have trusted us with the care of their loved ones, over the years. We hope to continue to be able to give that care and love elsewhere.

We want to thank Hughes Springs ISD for everything you guys do for our Residents. They bring their CNA students over to help out and visit with our residents, they come sing and visit, they send cards and art work. The kids are always so kind, caring and well mannered. We cannot express how thankful we are for all you guys do to make our residents happy. ❤️

This 👏🏻👏🏻 this is what love is!!! Not sure anything that brings more joy to our residents than children. This brings back memories of when they loved on their babies, grandkids, nieces or nephews. There is nothing more precious, in their eyes, than the love of a child. Thank you again HSISD and parents for sharing your children with our residents.
