🦶🏼When your feet first touch the ground in the mornings, are they tight? Sore? Painful?
🦶🏼Do you have plantar fasciitis**?
🦶🏼Do you have toes that curl, or twist or bend in different directions?
🦶🏼Does it hurt your feet to stand?
If you answered yes to any of these, please come see me so I can help you, foot work has become some of my favorite work to do. You shouldn’t be having that much pain in your feet. It’s not normal, and not something you have to just deal with!

In my own personal experience, after having my feet and lower legs worked with SMRT, my hip pain went away 🤯
**Sometimes plantar fasciitis isn’t even coming from the plantar aponeurosis, or plantar fascia (slide 3). The muscle underneath it, “flexor digitorum brevis” (slide 2), can get hypertonic (tight) or develop adhesions (knots in the muscle). The outer layer of this muscle connects with the plantar fascia. So if there is a problem with the muscle it can present as plantar fasciitis, so that fascia may not actually be inflamed, it may need deeper, muscular work!
P.S. The last two slides are just showing some results of working with the toes. Our toes should be relatively straight, with a good amount of spacing between. You can also see the difference in skin tone. The second picture has a much healthier look because the circulation improved after the SMRT work.
