We asked our team what their favorite habits are & what goals they have set for the upcoming year!

Most of our team has been working out for years so movement is a part of their daily life. But in the beginning it wasn’t that way for everyone! It was sometimes only 2-4 days a week.

How to set successful SMART goals for this year:

S - specific: clearly define what you want
M - measurable: trackable with hard numbers
A - achievable: is it realistic for you
R - relevant: is it aligned to your bigger goals
T - time bound: has a deadline

Examples:
I will attend 4 classes a week for the next 6 weeks.
I will complete 20 full pushups by March 31.
I will lose 10 pounds in 12 weeks by staying in a calorie deficit and strength training 4x per week.

Setting more mini goals to hit more often than one huge “I want to drop x lbs by December 31” creates habits that build long term results!

The first full week of 2026 at Ignite 🚨

If you have health goals for this year, we’d love to be a part of your journey!! It doesn’t matter if you start January 5 or a random Tuesday in May!

From 24/7 open gym to daily group classes to youth training — there’s a place for you at Ignite!

Our team is made of amazing individuals in all stages of life — from teachers to business owners to parents and even in school for physical therapy!

Every person on our team is dedicated to helping YOU.

If you’re brand new and wondering where to start, shoot our page a message or anyone on the team and we can guide you on where to begin!

Gym beginners — we have some workouts on our GymMaster app and also a VIP membership option with training from

Class beginners — our workouts are in a dark room with modifications given in each class. Classes can also be made harder by increasing your weight selection and intensity!

Our spring youth group training starts next week!

The middle of winter can be hard on kids — in school all day and bitter cold outside. This is where our program can help!

Our goal is simple: create an outlet to make movement fun + sustainable that they will want to continue for life!

By building those habits early on, kids are much more likely to sustain those healthier habits through life. And of course fun because if it’s not fun, why would you want to keep doing it?

Last semester the boys took on a challenge to beat AJ in a plank — some worked up to a 5+ minute plank! The girls played games at the end of each workout that challenged their coordination, balance, and reactivity.

Our website has the full details & you can sign up there or on our app! You can purchase the whole 16 weeks or we do have drop in rates available.

We begin on Monday January 5th at 5:15pm.

January 1st marks one year of Ignite‼️

Come celebrate with us! Free class at 7am and free day passes with code NEWYEARS!!

We will have mimosas, mocktail mimosas and muffins after the 7am class. A few more spots were just added!

Last week Friday, AJ and Jonah took a few of the boys from their youth training group to go rock climbing 🪨

We had so much fun working with these kids and can’t wait to get started again!

The next semester of classes will start January 5th and run through April 29th. This will be a 16 week program instead of the 12 weeks we did in the fall!

This weeks class schedule 🚨

As 2025 comes to a close and a new year begins — we want to say thank you for choosing to sweat with us this year!!

We are going to celebrate our first year of classes with complimentary muffins and mimosas (mocktail version too) after the 7AM class on New Year’s Day ✨🥂

7AM FUSION & MIMOSAS with .vanderwaal will be free — please sign up ahead of time! The class will be a 45 minute mix of dumbbells and bodyweight for a fun start to the year!
