After such an amazing morning at the Murph yesterday, you guys asked and we listened!! The 712 Store with the USA tanks, shirts and sweatshirts has be RE-OPENED!! Many of you asked if there were extras - there are not - but we've given you the opportunity to order exactly what you need for yourself, your family, your kids, your friends - theres something for everyone!! And by purchasing, you are showing your love and support for the Tom Ellen's family as Tom is serving our country overseas currently!!! So check it out - get your orders in by June 1!! Words cannot describe how GRATEFUL we are.

For families like the Ellen’s who have a piece of their family missing because they’re serving our country.
For the soldiers sacrifices.
For living in a community where the people show up to support.
For our Ignite community showing up to tackle the Murph and support the Ellen’s.
For living in a free country that we CAN do things like this.

Thank you will never be enough for the ones who have sacrificed so much.

This morning wasn’t just a hard workout or fun event.

It was about honoring those who have given everything so we can live free.
It was about giving back to the ones in our community who are currently serving and sacrificing.
It was about remembering WHY we have Memorial Day.

God bless America 🇺🇸

Coming up this week at Ignite 🚨

Our only group workout tomorrow is the Murph at 7AM!

NO arm farm this weekend only run club at 7AM on Saturday!! .fitness will be running the Fargo marathon Saturday morning so if you see him this week wish him luck!!

As we get into the business of summer, stick to your workouts! Keep it simple — pick how many days you can realistically stick to, book your classes/set your workouts, and keep the promises to yourself!

Don’t cancel on yourself, don’t let the business be an excuse, and keep it FUN!!

TOMORROW

Tomorrow is Memorial Day which means it’s time for the Murph!!

START: 7AM (can show up early to stretch)
COST: $5 + freewill donation

**all proceeds tomorrow go to support the Ellen’s family missing a piece of their family during deployment

Wear red white and blue or your shirts from the fundraiser‼️

We will have pull-up modifications for all levels and different ways to break up the workout!

BONUS will have a specialty menu set up after the workout

Seeing this gym come ALIVE over the last year and half wouldn’t be possible with you.

One of our goals (and something we discussed often during the hours of painting coats of black paint) was to make movement more fun. To create a place where everyone feels welcomed.

We first started this with a couple Su***de Saturdays which turned into Arm Farms every other Saturday then Miles Run Club which led to Sweat Saturday. These workouts have been free for anyone to attend because community extends beyond just walls.

Our motto is ignite your health, ignite your life — truly igniting your whole life, creating new friendships, filling your social cup and CONNECTING.

Humans were not created to be alone & laughing through a tough workout together is so much more fun!

Sweat Saturday at 6:30AM
Run Club at 8AM (5K and one mile run/walk options to get in some steps after class)

Memorial Day Murph at 7AM ($5 to attend donations to Ellen’s family)

She can lead a workout but maybe don’t hang out by a cliff!!

We get it, joining a gym and not know what to do can be scary! Our members are friendly (promise you can ask anyone to help the in the zone look is just a look everyone is so nice!!) and we have options like group classes, group training, and community workouts to help it not feel as intimidating!
