Our caring associates make our nursing home an ideal choice for individuals in need of short-term rehabilitation, long-term care or post-operative recovery. Focusing on inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation with 24-hour skilled nursing care, Northwood Hills Care Center offers specialized wound care with our in-house certified wound care as well as an in-house team of therapists and nurses for each patient and resident to maximize his or her independence.

Northwood Hills has a new ride, a wheelchair-accessible van for resident transportation! 🚐 Of course it had to be tested! 🛞 With Executive Director Rita Smithson driving, Transportation Coordinator Jenny Skinner riding shotgun, Health Information Manager Candi Shollenberger and Director of Nursing Candace Stroud as the backseat drivers and button pushers, and the Business Office Manager Morgan Palmer testing the wheelchair safety in back! 👍
