When someone you care about speaks, gift them your full, undivided attention. Turn off distractions like your phone, make eye contact, and focus solely on them. Notice their body language—the way they move, the expressions that cross their face. These silent cues often speak volumes about how they’re feeling, even if they don’t say it outright.
