OMZ Yoga Studio Class Alert‼️

Our beautiful instructor Deondra would like to share the name and concept of her classes with you all.

Essential Alignment Awareness:

In these classes, you are invited to get to know your body and increase your inner awareness through proper alignment in foundational and dynamic yoga asanas. These poses and movements help to increase strength, flexibility and balance while your heart and mind find peace and joy in being present.

Her classes are offered Monday and Wednesday at 6pm and 730pm. Come, discover you, and your mat at OMZ Yoga!
