The Difference between these 3 things, can really make an impact on how we deal with the pain you feel.

Massage therapists use all kinds of information to help make a plan on the best way to help each individual person.

No 2 bodies are the same, and depending on where the pain you feel is located, as well as the type of pain you're experiencing. It can help us determine the best techniques, and tools for the job.

Sometimes it's trigger point, sometimes its softer techniques to help you relax.
The biggest key however is communication.
Especially when it comes to dealing with pain.
