Humboldt County Public Health still has two “drive-thru” flu shot clinics coming up:
📅 Tomorrow, October 16 | 3PM – 6PM (Spanish interpreter available)
📅 *Friday, October 17 | 2PM – 5PM

Just bring your insurance card — no appointment needed!

💙 No insurance? No problem — we’ll still make sure you get your flu shot.

Simply drive through the HCMH Ambulance Garage (off 15th Street) and you’ll be on your way in minutes!

Sudden Cardiac Arrest leads to death in minutes if the person does not get help right away. Survival depends on those nearby calling 911, starting CRP, and using an AED if one is nearby.

You don’t even need to leave your car—just drive through the ambulance garage and our Public Health team will take care of the rest so you can quickly be on your way!

💲 Private pay options:
$30 (regular flu shot)
$75 (high dose flu shot)

No insurance? No problem—we can still provide your flu shot!

We’ve received several calls today asking if the government shutdown has affected our services. Please know that Humboldt County Public Health is still open and providing all regular services at this time.

The federal government shut down has not impacted our services to Iowans at this time because the state has stepped in to support the program. All assistance benefits are being processed as usual and you do not need to do anything differently.
