Join us for “Walking Through Dementia Together,” an educational event designed to provide guidance, resources, and support for families and caregivers who may not know where to begin.

Proceeds from the Color Run will benefit the HCMH Foundation and support the Mental Health & Wellness Center, helping expand access to vital mental health services in our community.

Want to be prepared in case of an emergency? Humboldt County Public Health is offering a FREE Friends & Family CPR Class on:
🗓 April 2nd
⏰ 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
📍 2nd Floor of HCMH

This American Heart Association non-certification course teaches:
✔️ Basic CPR for all ages
✔️ How to use an AED
✔️ Choking relief techniques

The class uses a hands-on, practice-while-watching format so you leave feeling confident and ready to respond in an emergency. It’s perfect for parents, grandparents, babysitters, and community members who want to be prepared.

⚠️ Space is limited to 10 participants, and registration is required.
