Family Care Walk-In Clinic Jackson Family Care Walk In Clinic - Jackson will be closed on Friday, October 10th, but Family Care Walk In Clinic - Three way and Family Care Walk In Clinic- Milan will be open.

We’ll be back open on Saturday, October 11th from 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM for your weekend healthcare needs.

We provide primary care services and minor care to injuries. We offer Testosterone therapy with HCG and also provide weight loss management program with Lipo shots as low as $10! DOT physicals, Annual exams, Woman’s Health, Sports Physicals and more! Both locations are here to serve our communities and provide good quality care. No appointment necessary. Our Three Way location is open 7 days a week! Jackson is open 6 days a week! We’ve got 8 of the BEST Nurse Practitioner’s in West TN! Call for more info.
