Baby Goat Yoga at Brownstone 🐐🌿

Join us for a playful, gentle, and beginner-friendly Baby Goat Yoga experience at Brownstone Station Wellness Center in Hummelstown.

This unique outdoor class blends light movement, meditation, and breathwork—including gentle, rebirthing-style breathwork—with the joyful, uplifting presence of baby goats. Set in our beautiful meadow, it’s an experience designed to help you soften, breathe, and reconnect.

Led by Mellanie Cole, a yoga instructor with a background in Kundalini yoga, this class offers a balance of intention and ease. Mellanie weaves together mindful movement, breath, and moments of stillness while keeping the atmosphere light, fun, and welcoming to all levels—no experience needed.

Expect a heart-opening experience surrounded by nature, community, and a little bit of playful goat energy.

Power Flow Into Yin | Friday, May 8 | 5:45 PM – 8:00 PM

Join us for a special evening designed to bring your body into balance through both movement and stillness.

Begin with a one-hour Power Flow with Nikki at 5:45 PM — a dynamic, energizing practice to build heat, strength, and focus.

Then transition seamlessly into Yin Yoga with Jill at 7:00 PM, where you’ll slow down, release deep tension, and allow your body to fully unwind.

This back-to-back experience is designed to complement itself — the effort of power flow followed by the deep, restorative release of yin.

This 90-minute integrative session blends life coaching and therapeutic massage to support deep insight, nervous-system regulation, and embodied change.

We begin with 45 minutes of focused coaching to explore what’s present for you—patterns, transitions, stressors, or decisions you’re navigating. Then we move into 45 minutes of hands-on massage designed to help your body integrate what your mind has uncovered. This session is ideal for those who understand that lasting change doesn’t happen through talking alone—it happens when insight is felt, grounded, and embodied.
