This two-hour experiential journaling workshop is an invitation to slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with your authentic voice. Together, we’ll explore the foundations and structure of journaling in a way that feels supportive, accessible, and nourishing—whether you are brand new to writing or returning to a long-held practice.
Through guided meditation, gentle movement, and thoughtfully structured writing prompts, we’ll bring awareness to any “writing wounds” that may be present and create a calm, safe space for reflection and self-expression. Soothing music and the subtle presence of crystals will help set the tone for a grounded, inward journey.
The space will offer flexible seating options to support comfort and choice, including tables and chairs, floor seating with yoga bolsters and blocks, or whatever arrangement feels best for your body. Please bring a journal that works for you—lined or unlined, wide or narrow spacing—along with your favorite writing instrument. You’re also welcome to bring a drink, a snack, and a cozy blanket or personal item that helps you feel at ease.
By the end of the workshop, you’ll leave with at least four practical tools to help you begin, maintain, or deepen a journaling practice that feels sustainable and meaningful.
This workshop is for anyone who wants to start, strengthen, or reconnect with a journaling practice.
