Pathlight Mood & Anxiety Center -- located in Hunt Valley, Maryland just north of Baltimore -- specializes in treatment for mood, anxiety and trauma-related disorders for medically stable adults, with additional services for children and adolescents. Our mood and anxiety treatment program in Maryland now offers a seven-day-per-week Partial Hospitali

zation Program for adults, and Virtual Intensive Outpatient treatment programming for children and teens, and adults. For patients in need of structure, intensive skills practice and who can maintain medication compliance, our seven-day-a-week Partial Hospitalization Program includes 6-8 hours of programming each day.

3. You don’t have to go through it alone. Reach out, whether it’s to a loved one, a support group, or a professional. Connection can make a difference.

5. Your worth isn’t measured by your productivity. Even on quiet, low-energy days, you are still enough.

6. It’s never too late to choose yourself, no matter how much time has passed.
