Let people show you who they are through their actions then place them in your life accordingly.

Watch for consistency, not intensity.
Notice how you feel after being with them.
Pay attention to effort, not just words.
Choose what feels mutual, steady, and real.

I always remind my kids, no matter what, to keep showing up as themselves. Even if someone ignores them, they still wave. They still say hi. They keep their heads high.

When people underestimate them, talk down to them, or act like they’re not enough, they don’t shrink. They keep moving forward and let their actions speak.

That’s where real strength is built.

Movement creates change. If you are unhappy in a situation, make a change. Create the wave. Create movement. It’s been so exciting to see so many of my clients make these changes.

Don’t let other people’s perceptions or judgments dictate your growth.

You are not here to be easily understood, you’re here to evolve, stretch, and become.

Growth will feel uncomfortable. It will be questioned. It may even be judged.

Do it anyway.
