🪥 Oral hygiene tip you may not have heard before:

Try brushing with your non-dominant hand!

Why? Most people apply too much pressure when brushing—and that can wear down enamel and irritate your gums. Switching hands forces you to slow down and use a gentler touch. (BTW, Dr. Nathanson does this himself!)
