We are proud to recognize our Board Member, Mary O'Donoghue.

Mary O'Donoghue is the founder and CEO of Corewood Care, a home care, concierge companion, care management, and staffing company licensed in Maryland, Washington D.C. and Virginia. Corewood's team follows a client-centered approach, supporting older adults through the continuum of care. Mary's connection to home care is personal, as her father's early onset Alzheimer's diagnosis had a significant impact on her life. This led her to leave her legal career in 2015 and start a company to meaningfully impact the lives of others. She is also a community leader and has served on the boards of local Maryland organizations. In 2017, she joined the Board of the Senior Connection and in 2018 she served as a member of the Board for the Little Falls Village and led the Volunteer Committee as Chair. Currently, she serves as Vice Chair of Chevy Chase at Home Board of Directors. She is dedicated to community service, and her work has helped her to gain a deep understanding of the needs of the community she serves. Prior to starting Corewood, Mary worked in bank regulation, credit risk, and anti-money laundering at Credit Suisse and JP Morgan Chase.
