Friends, I just completed an awesome course in Functional Medicine (FM for Nurses). I want to share one gem as I figure out my niche as a FM Consultant. If you are taking or dependent upon an Rx meds, search those meds on mytavin.com. This site (if the med has been studied) will let you know what that med is depleting you of on the cellular level (followed by specialized blood work for confirmation). It can help explain what may be contributing to how you feel physically or what’s limiting your natural biological abilities, which, in turn, will give you an idea of what you may need to supplement if your diet is less than optimal/ideal. Please know that all supplements are not created equal and what may work for your mama or your friend girl/boy may not work for you. It comes down to bioavailability, detox pathway blockages, etc as to whether not your body (liver) can metabolize effectively. Additionally, being able to 💩, p*e and sweat efficiently are SEVERELY UNDERRATED! Also, high quality supplements are merely a bridge until to you make and sustain your lifestyle choices. True healing is possible and it takes TIME, DISCIPLINE AND CONSISTENCY! That’s the hack!
