🏵️ Sometimes life offers up opportunities on a not so silver platter for you to choose what is in Alignment with your desires 💛

I recently had an experience on a weekend trip with my 8 year old son. We were meant to be camping but the forecast was non-stop rain so we decided to rent a camper, something my son has been asking for since we sold ours a few years ago.

When we arrived to our destination, it did not feel expansive AT ALL. But my son was excited and so we went inside, I immediately began to contract. I knew I would not be able to relax and enjoy the space and so I again checked in with my son asking if he wanted to stay or go find somewhere else. He wanted to stay

After about 30 minutes I just KNEW I could not stay there and so I spoke to my son and asked him to check in with his body and what he really wanted to experience during our trip together and see if this space matched that. He said no, but he didn’t want to drive anymore.

Got it! In that moment I KNEW this was an opportunity not only for ME to choose something different and align with my desires but ALSO to teach my son the importance of checking in with the body etc.

This lesson is invaluable and something I wish I had been taught at the age of 8!!

So we moved - literally. And what happened next was magical, expansive, exciting - nothing I could have even scripted had I tried.

2 Years ago I added the top picture to my vision board. A photo of women gathered amongst the trees - my tribe - I was calling them in.

2 Days ago I took the bottom photo - a group of beautiful souls gathered amongst the trees - in sisterhood.

We communed, we shared, we cried, we smiled, we laughed, and we danced around the fire.

Free & Unhinged.

What transpired cannot be put into words.

It was powerful, healing, opening, freeing, ecstatic, joyful, grounded, supportive and so much more.

In closing the circle, the words that were spoken from the beautiful women about what they had experienced touched me so deeply. It reminded me why I stepped out of my comfort zone and why this type of Leadership is needed, right now, in this way.

In service to the Divine in all of us and in service to the Divine Feminine that desires to be seen, really really seen, expressed and shared with others.

I am honored to have had the opportunity to sit in circle and dance around the sacred fire with these sisters -

My soul tribe is forming - all across the globe and here in my own community.

This is just the beginning.

This May Day (Celtic Holiday of Beltane), join me for a Sacred Cacao circle as we drop into the heart and receive all of the Spring blessings of fertility and abundance.

Following Cacao, Intentional Sharing and Journal prompts to reveal what the Spirit of Cacao wishes to share with you, we will be dancing to a curated list of music around the bonfire to close out the evening.

We will also be making offerings to the spring fairies of the land, so if you would like to bring a little honey, milk, shiny object, chocolate, candy or anything you’d like to gift, we will be connecting with the multitude of elementals here.

The cacao used for this ceremony is 100% heirloom, processed entirely by hand and blessed at every stage. It is made and shared with respect to traditional cultures and practices.

Bring a journal, meditation seat and your favorite mug. Some of us are choosing to wear long flowy dresses for the dance but this is of course totally optional. 🙂

I was given the direction to share a few months ago from my Dragon guides and I reluctantly reached out to Kev, The English Mystic.....

It is all unfolding so beautifully and just this morning was given more pieces as to what I get to share, not only from my own soul but from the Elementals as it relates to The Spiritual Awakening path and/or next level awakening many of us are experiencing and how that affects our relationships. (not just romantic relationships).

If you ready my post Monday I promised to share a follow up about the incredible stone we will be working with during this Full Moon Eclipse Portal 🌕 🔥

Pictured above is a piece of Sphalerite from the Elmwood mine in TN which is now closed. This is the exact mine that my 7 pieces of Sphalerite came from, however they did not want to be pictured or shared online.....and considering the soul level work I use them for I completely agree.

I normally do not even talk about the stones I am using with I am working with a client in the 8 Extraordinary meridians because it is not the focus - I know which stones open which meridians and have never felt the need to give details unless someone asked.

but this stone, this undervalued master healer deserves a mention here.

You may have never heard of this stone, before studying the 8 extra I had not heard of it either...

But in my notes I placed a star next to it and KNEW that I was destined to work with it. The shop that I normally get my stones from (because I ONLY work with stones that have not been heat treated or dyed and those that have been collected in a way that honors the land they come from) did not have any.

Then last month I was able to participate in a live sale where there was this incredible stone, and let me tell you there were over 250 people trying to get their hands on them. The sale was intense and I set my intention that whatever stones I would be lucky enough to get my hands on were meant to be in MY hands to serve the men and women that would work with me in the coming years.

Y'all I spent 5 hours online in the live sale to get my hands on these pieces. 5 hours. I have never even sat for 5 hours for a movie marathon, sports game, nothing......but I did for these incredible stones.

WOW! Let me just start by saying thank you for reading this message, It is written with so much intention and if you're reading it, please continue because it's for you!



There is SO much I want to share with you however there is an urgent time sensitive message I am guided by my highest self to share with YOU NOW.



The upcoming eclipse is bringing energy that we won't see again for another 500 years of so, I did know it at the time but about 6 weeks ago I was checking in energetically with what I needed to be working on (cause I am always healing or working on something - my shadow work has been ongoing since the beginning of 2023). Anyhow I received the message that it was time to revisit deep deep soul level RELEASE.



I know that meant going into the Extraordinary Meridian called DAI Mai. If you have no idea what that is I recorded a short video several months ago (link below).



The short version is that this is a Soul Level Meridian that stores EVERYTHING that we cannot handle, what is repressed, think traumas, emotions, soul fractures, secrets. This is a portal of Release and it is the key to liberation.



My Daoist Master Priestess/Teacher says "to see is to be free" and thats exactly the feel here. What needs to be brought from the Shadows into the Light to be transmuted and released?



Working in the Extraordinary Meridians means we are working thru ALL Timelines, Lifetimes and Dimensions of our souls existence!



Ok, back to why I am writing you today...



This upcoming FULL MOON Eclipse on March 25 is all about endings and beginnings but in a much bigger way than we have EVER experienced in our lifetimes. This is not an ending of a chapter, not even a book, its the ending of a whole series of books.



It will provide an opportunity to wrap up "Stuff" before the NEW

MOON eclipse right after on April 8th in Aries.



Stuff like Ways of being, Marriages, Relationships, habits, patterns, literally ANYTHING that is keeping you from your next highest timeline.



THIS IS HUGE!!



Like life altering, destiny aligning, highest timeline prep opportunity to RELEASE. GAH, if all of humanity even grasped a little bit of this and stepped up to do their work we could all come out the other side of this eclipse ready to LIVE into our next phase as a human race.



Ok, back to why I am writing this, I promise I'll get to the point!
I am just so completely wowed I could literally write a small book on this. So this weekend between soccer games with my boys we popped into a cafe for lunch and to cool down, with time to kill I popped my headphones in and finished listening to a youtube video by Sabrina of Rewilding for Women - if you want the link I am happy to send it to you, it is fascinating. She was talking about all of this and my guides began to show me in my minds eye the words I had written in my journal about 5-6 weeks ago about it being time for me to work again in the DAI MAI. I have also been on the hunt for a specific crystal for an entire year that opens this meridian......and it just so happens I got several pieces last month after a year long search!



This stone is Sphalerite and it is a POWERHOUSE! I will share more about it in another email to follow up from this one because i want to get to the point.

I will be working in the DAI MAI with Sphalerite over the Eclipse, leading up to the New moon and I am opening for the FIRST (and maybe) last time an opportunity for 7 other souls to join me.



For DEEP soul level healing - for Release across our soul records and all that is in storage that is ready to be transmuted.

just breathe…

That’s the message I got today when connecting in to source for what was most needed for myself and my community.

Our nervous systems weren’t designed to be on the go and bombarded with information, noise, devices, ALL….THE….TIME.

So many are suffering needlessly

Even I, knowing all of this and practicing mindfulness and grounding have to come back to my center sometimes

I get in a cycle of learning, healing and don’t slow down or stop to just breathe

To just be

To allow space for the Divine to come in and do His work

and for me to see what’s right in front of me.

So maybe what you could try right now. Is to stop scrolling, put your phone away and BREATHE.

That’s it. Just connect to your breath

What if that was all you had to DO today to come back to center and go about the rest of your day

WITHOUT overwhelm overload and stress.

THE HUMAN BODY AS A SACRED VESSEL

In recent months I’ve been on a journey to rediscovering my bodies ancient wisdom

Knowing that health “issues and challenges” are just my body’s way of speaking

It works so hard for ME and now I get to work hard for it.

So that I can step more fully into my purpose work and retain vitality

An area where I have struggled in the past.

This process or RETURNING has looked like

🫶🏻 slow flow and restorative yoga
🫶🏻 long walks, just me myself and I
🫶🏻 mirror work (not my fav)
🫶🏻 long hours in the kitchen prepping whole
Food for the week - mainly raw fruits and vegetables
🫶🏻 remineralizing my body - sooo important
🫶🏻 revisiting false and limiting beliefs around my body’s capabilities
🫶🏻 trusting my intuition to guide this process
🫶🏻 crying in fetal position as I allow Mother Earth to support emotional release and soothe my nervous system
🫶🏻 lemon water, then celery juice followed by greens and fruit smoothie as my morning routine
🫶🏻 dry brushing
🫶🏻 Earthing - daily non negotiable
🫶🏻 ending showers with cold water
🫶🏻 processing emotions as the arise vs stuffing them back into my system (energetically or physically)

And so much more…..

This body of mine is wise and learning to listen and feel her cues again has been liberating - no more second guessing or doing something because someone told me to or I read it in a book

I have some challenges to overcome but I know I am on the right track back to Wellness, Wholeness and Strength

She holds the keys 🔑 and I’m glad to be on my way HOME

I’ve been quiet….So much brewing that I needed space to unravel all that my soul is bringing forward for this year……the year of the Dragon 🐲

And the unraveling has taken me to new depths within my existence that are beyond my human comprehension.

And yet each day I show up in devotion to my path - to my dharma path and take one more step

One of the tools that has supported me to come back home to me, my soul, my body is ceremonial drinking chocolate aka cacao.

And so, in true Rebekah fashion I’m going all in 😂

A 21 day Cacao journey with Mayan wisdom keepers and elders - too deepen my relationship with this medicine and my understanding of its uses in Mayan tradition. 🛕

This challenge happens to coincide with a long term fruit and vegetable ‘cleanse’ (I use that word lightly as I know it sounds harsh). My intention is to flood my body with nutrients, minerals, love and remembrance that she…


Is the vessel that allows for my souls expression

and she has been speaking to me for far too long long to come home to her. To be here fully. To embrace her. To love her.
