Because knowledge is power, here’s a little more info as Men’s Mental Health Month comes to a close… 💙

There is often a strong focus on men’s physical health including fitness, annual checkups, and heart health.
Mental well-being is equally as important.
Just as the body needs care and attention, so does emotional and mental well-being. Yet, men’s mental health often goes unnoticed or unspoken and tragically, men are nearly four times more likely to die by su***de than women.
So, let’s break the silence by normalizing AND celebrating men who seek support. Because, mental health IS health! 💚🩵💙
