Can't help but smile when the mom of our amazing family of three kids sends a text saying "I just peeked in on them- noooo snoring! Weird! Sooo worth it!"
Great myo participants first, then tongue tie releases and nasal turbinate reduction with Dr. Sellner at Foothills ENT, and now followed with more myo/speech via teletherapy.

🎄A child’s Christmas list, when you have a palatal expander in to open up your airway!

👉Many of our clients benefit from palatal expansion! Why? Because if the tongue was resting low in the mouth (instead of on the roof of the mouth) while the hard palate was developing, then the dental arch collapses inward. You may better know it as “overcrowded teeth” and will often also have a high arch or even a palatal tori!

⭐️ In the next post, we’ll discuss how to measure your dental arch and what width yours should be at for optimal craniofacial development and breathing!
