I’m ready for the first official day of the RA Conference. Yesterday was such a blessing, and today the full conference begins. I’m feeling blessed, happy, and excited to meet more wonderful people, learn from them, and share in this experience together.

Brain = FULL 🤯
Just finished a class on managing pain in the female reproductive system and WOW… my mind is blown. So many new techniques, so much depth, and honestly… I’m going to need a minute (or a few days) to let it all sink in.
But this is exactly why I love what I do.
Always learning. Always growing. Always finding new ways to support the body better.
And the best part?
The people. The laughs. The shared passion. The moments that remind you—you’re exactly where you’re supposed to be.
And this was only DAY ONE 👀🔥

Healing isn’t something you rush.
It’s something you respect.
This has been a humbling process, but I’m showing up for it every day—step by step. Walking is starting to come back, and I’m grateful for every bit of progress.

I’ve been in a deep season of learning, growth, and expansion 🌿
On April 18th, I’ll be at the Spring Jubilee at BrightHaven Farm (12–8pm) and I would love to see you there 💜

I’ll be offering 20-minute intro foot reflexology sessions for $30, plus little giveaways for kids—so bring the family by my tent!

I’ll also be hosting a raffle ($5 per ticket) for a FREE Hands & Feet Reflexology session

Right after the event, I’ll be heading to a reflexology conference where I’ll be deepening my work around:

This work is deeply personal to me.
