On June 24th, we stood strong in the 102-degree heat in Raleigh, NC to bring reflexology directly to our lawmakers. Cynthia Hill, President of the North Carolina Reflexology Association, shares what this movement is all about — setting a higher standard, educating legislators, and advocating for separate licensing for reflexologists.

💪 Arm day, foot gains, and a whole lot of wobble 😅
Rebuilding arm strength after joint replacement isn’t always graceful — but it is powerful.
Shoutout to my trainer Karol Helms for keeping me moving (and laughing) even when my arms are like, “Excuse me??” 😂
