My family enjoyed these new salt-free seasonings from Newman's Own so I am now sending them to my clients via Amazon.com to try.

I often send dietitian written cookbooks, meal planning and/or grocery shopping tear pads, food diary books, and other nutrition and meal planning tools to my clients.

These seasonings will be fun for my clients to try since I am always talking about avoiding adding salt and high sodium seasoning blends to food.
