Radiofrequency Microneedling is entirely different than microneedling alone in that RF energy is delivered to the tissue with the assistance of the electrodes.
The needles are a conduit for the most important part of the treatment which is the RF energy delivered to the precise depth selected.
RF energy heats the tissue to cause collagen contraction and the rebuilding of new collagen and elastin.
When you couple it with exosomes, you can get a greater “bang for your buck”.

As someone who performs PDO threads and I have had them done as well, I will say, for the right patient, it is another tool in our box.
Things to know.
1. It is NOT a facelift. Patients that need facelifts need facelifts.
2. It gives a subtle lift and is useful for midface/jowl/neck area
3. There are barbed (lifting threads) and smooth collagen stimulating threads
4. For pigment/vascular and wrinkles I prefer starting with an IPL or laser and then oscillating to threads
5. Volume loss will still need fillers

Lasemd Ultra differs from the LasemdGlo by having g a slightly larger spot size so greater tissue density is covered per each roll of the laser. Only 4-6 passes may be needed per area.
