This is what it looks like when trauma leaves the body. It feels amazing to release the stored emotions that my body has been holding for years, even decades.

What you see is 30 seconds of highlights. The entire emotional release took about 90 seconds and then another 90 seconds of regulating my breath and nervous system.

This is what I teach.

When your morning routine includes Fascial Maneuvers, it can result in a few seconds of what some people describe as a "high" feeling.

This is me experiencing one of those "high" moments after finishing a sequence called "Anti-gravity." I've linked a tutorial to this Reel if you want to try it yourself.

My exuberance and laughter is due to a natural feeling of energy settling in my body after the "high" feeling subsides. This isn't something we chase, it just happens naturally as your body begins to unwind and destress.
