We are very fortunate to add another perfect fit to our team at Bloom Hormone Health. We welcome Savannah Platt, NP, to join Dr. Bauer and Heather Wood in providing premier hormone management in the Fort Wayne area!
Savannah graduated from the University of Saint Francis with both her Bachelor's and Master's of Science in Nursing. She started her nursing career caring for patients in the Cardiac ICU before moving into dermatology and aesthetics as a nurse practitioner.
Today, Savannah brings her knowledge, experience, and compassion to Bloom, where she provides one-on-one hormone replacement therapy, thyroid management, and weight management. Her goal? To help each patient feel their absolute best — inside and out.
