Last week we celebrated Long-Term Care Administrators Week, and we want to give a very special (and well-deserved) shoutout to our incredible Administrator at The Waters of Huntingburg, Mike Meadows.

Mike is the definition of servant leadership. Whether he’s helping bathe residents, stepping in as a driver to ensure they make it to their appointments, or working late into the night as a CNA — even until 2:00 AM — he shows up every single day with dedication, compassion, and heart.

He is the backbone of the building, and the love and appreciation from both residents and staff speak volumes. It’s rare to find someone so deeply committed, and we are beyond grateful for everything he does.

While the team was able to celebrate him with a small basket last week, we wanted to make sure he received the public recognition he truly deserves.

Thank you, Mike, for always going the extra mile — and then some. You make a difference every single day. 💙
