We would like to let everyone know that Dr. Claridge will be in the office tomorrow morning. Walk ins are welcome or you can call to schedule a time.

Please keep in mind he is still in the waiting period for insurance networks so he cannot bill insurance at this time.

Exciting News! Dr Claridge is now licensed in the state of Indiana and can start seeing patients immediately. We are still working to get him into the insurance networks, at this time he can only see cash patients.
