You know how sometimes the To Do list feels long and endless? And then we start just doing the ones we like or the low lying fruit - the easy ones... and we feel accomplished.
But then the bigger tasks sit there... and sit there. And then we don't want to do them and they become these big huge mountains in our day. 🏔️ Suddenly those tasks becomes insurmountable and we feel stressed and do anything to avoid it. 😫🍦📺And then finally we have to do it... ..and just like that it was actually no big deal. Something may be a bit hard or tricky or require an extra step but when we don't procrastinate and we just do it... it's often no big deal.
Think of your task list as the path to the end of your day and the ticket to relax. That can help you feel excited to get things done and just show up for yourself 💪 even when it's annoying or stressful because then those feelings will just as quickly be gone. And you can move on to an amazing end of day 🍹🥳

How do you decide what direction you want to go in? In your day, in a year, in your life...
How do we connect the present with the bigger picture?
Why do some people have strong goals and others not?
➡️This is where your values come into play. Values can be your compass, your guiding principles...
What are values? Values are a quality you have or want to have that lead you to fulfillment. Values are your anchors to make decisions and choices.
These are not necessarily the values of your parents, family, friends, but those YOU identify with.
When you align your pathway and goals with your values then you can make choices that allow you to stay true to yourself.
This allows you to move in a forward direction without emotions of... guilt, regret, doubt. And helps you navigate to goals that maybe you only dream about right now...🧚‍♀️
How are values different than beliefs? Beliefs are deep rooted thoughts that are often on repeat. Sometimes beliefs can be illogical or limiting. They can hold us back from self growth.

Every day, week, new year is the chance for completing a goal, changing what doesn't work or doing something new. How do you do this with intention and thought. How do you get out of the cycle of going the motions and knee jerk responses...
How do you live a live with intention?
What does that truly mean and how do we even start? Keep it simple... Set an intention for yourself this week with something as simple as your breath. Let each inhale bring in joy and let each exhale relieve you of doubt.
Try creating your to-do list, your week, your free time, with that mantra in mind and see if it helps!❤️
