You know how sometimes the To Do list feels long and endless? And then we start just doing the ones we like or the low lying fruit - the easy ones... and we feel accomplished.
But then the bigger tasks sit there... and sit there. And then we don't want to do them and they become these big huge mountains in our day. 🏔️ Suddenly those tasks becomes insurmountable and we feel stressed and do anything to avoid it. 😫🍦📺And then finally we have to do it... ..and just like that it was actually no big deal. Something may be a bit hard or tricky or require an extra step but when we don't procrastinate and we just do it... it's often no big deal.
Think of your task list as the path to the end of your day and the ticket to relax. That can help you feel excited to get things done and just show up for yourself 💪 even when it's annoying or stressful because then those feelings will just as quickly be gone. And you can move on to an amazing end of day 🍹🥳
