Body fat testing all day from 10am to 7pm
Gotta start somewhere… Get a printout showing:
- How many calories you need to eat
- How much fat you need to lose
- How much muscle you need to gain
- How much protein you would need to eat to gain that muscle
Fact: Most people do not eat enough food, and as a result, they’re essentially “eating themselves” because they don’t consume enough calories. This can be likened to a hamster on a wheel, constantly spinning but not getting anywhere. When people workout but then don’t eat enough, they fail to gain muscle, and their body goes into starvation mode, retaining fat and breaking down muscle for energy.
