🔥 Heated Yoga vs. Hot Yoga — What’s the difference?

Believe it or not… a LOT of people walk into our studio thinking we’re a hot yoga studio. We’re not.

At Dawn Patrol, our classes are heated to a comfortable 90°, not the 105°+ temperatures used in traditional hot yoga rooms.

Why we don’t do 105°:
Because you don’t need to feel like you’re melting to get an amazing practice. Our 90° heated room still gives you:
• Better mobility
• A great sweat
• Looser muscles
• Safer stretching
• Improved circulation
• That “post-yoga glow”

Same benefits. Less suffering.
Our heated classes are designed to challenge you, not overwhelm you — so you can move, breathe, and actually enjoy your practice.
