As we expand our presence in Southern California, we are thrilled to announce the grand opening of our flagship community center in Rowland Heights on September 12!

This center will provide members with access to care and community services that respect their unique cultural traditions, and it is the fourth center behind our other locations in Monterey Park, Westminster, and Koreatown. Combining holistic and traditional approaches to care, Clever Care Health Plan community centers offer health and Medicare education, Eastern medicine techniques like Tai Chi and folk dance, community classes on health topics like mental health and dental care, and community-building events like book clubs and origami classes.
