Julie Bergmann PT, OCS has been treating
patients in Orange County for over 22 years. She founded Orange County’s first Physical
Therap

provide patients with alternative methods of
treatment by utilizing warm water therapy to
facilitate a less painful and faster recovery. Along with a physical therapy degree, Julie is
board certified as an Orthopedic Clinical
Specialist (OCS), as well as a Certified Kinesio
Taping Practitioner (CKTP). Recent research has shown that aquatic
therapy speeds the recovery process allowing
for an earlier return to normal activities. Our patients enjoy a soothing weightless
environment while still receiving benefits
such as increased strength and flexibilty
comparable to land exercises. State of the art indoor 92 degree pool
specifically designed for rehabilitation. Qualities that make our Aquatic Program
unique:

* Pool depths from 3 ½’ to 6 ½’, including our
deep water “zero impact program.”

* Salt water sanitizing system which is less
irritating to skin and eyes.

* Therapeutic jets for soft tissue massage.

*Variety of aquatic equipment for resistance
training.
* Dual handrails for easy access

* Noted as the cleanest commercial pool in
Southern California by the Orange County
Health Department. TRADITIONAL THERAPY
In conjunction with our aquatic program, we also
provide complete traditional physical therapy,
consisting of: a full gym strengthening program,
balance training equipment, advanced manual
therapy and taping techniques, and treatment
modalities for pain relief. We also offer two newer
forms of treatment modalities to help speed
recovery which include cold laser biostimulation
and alpha stimulation micro current.

“MAGIC TAPE”
Kinesio tape, developed in Japan 25 years ago,
has become the gold standard for therapeutic
rehabilitative taping. It has been widely used in
the Olympics and professional sports teams. Our therapists are a few of a handful of therapist
that are Certified Kinesio Taping Practitioners. Kinesio tape has many benefits:

* Assists in reducing swelling and pain
* Flexible tape
* Latex free, air permeable
* Water resistant
* Last up to 2-3 days
* Provides muscle and joint
support

AQUATIC BODY CONDITIONING
The ABC program Offers our patients who have completed physical

Julie’s Story

Established in 1993, we offer the most comprehensive treatment approach in Southern California. Our caring staff and knowledgeable Physical Therapists monitor each patient’s progress through our highly successful, custom, evidence based rehabilitation program, via In-clinic and Telehealth services.

Julie Bergmann, PT, DPT, OCS, Owner has been treating patients in Orange County for over 25 years. She founded Orange County’s first Physical Therapist owned aquatic clinic. Her goal is to provide patients with alternative methods of treatment by utilizing warm water therapy to facilitate a less painful and faster recovery. Along with a Physical Therapy degree, Julie completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy, Chapman University, she is board certified as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS), as well as a Certified in Pain Nero Science Education, Therapeutic Pain Specialist (TPS).
