Julie’s Story
Established in 1993, we offer the most comprehensive treatment approach in Southern California. Our caring staff and knowledgeable Physical Therapists monitor each patient’s progress through our highly successful, custom, evidence based rehabilitation program, via In-clinic and Telehealth services.
Julie Bergmann, PT, DPT, OCS, Owner has been treating patients in Orange County for over 25 years. She founded Orange County’s first Physical Therapist owned aquatic clinic. Her goal is to provide patients with alternative methods of treatment by utilizing warm water therapy to facilitate a less painful and faster recovery. Along with a Physical Therapy degree, Julie completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy, Chapman University, she is board certified as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS), as well as a Certified in Pain Nero Science Education, Therapeutic Pain Specialist (TPS).
WHY WATER for REHAB? Recent research has shown that aquatic therapy speeds the recovery process allowing for an earlier return to normal activities. Our patients enjoy a soothing weightless environment while still receiving benefits such as increased strength and flexibility comparable to land exercises. State of the art indoor 92 degree pool specifically designed for rehabilitation.
