Our Director of Client Services, Poppy Carmelo, practices daily mindfulness π§ββοΈ and meditation and she encourages other members of the Hired Power team to do so as well! Our COO, Deidre Fitzpatrick, is learning the importance of daily mindfulness, but isnβt fully convinced! Poppy says she is going to take her to Shavasana.
