Our sound alchemy and meditation techniques pull from traditional eastern roots and Native American arts. California Classic ...my first true board. Day 4 is ...represents dharma...life purpose. Forget the notion that you must find your one passion, your career lane. Those are blocks and only physical representations preventing you from fully stepping into your power...with awareness comes the knowing of what you should be doing in the lifetime. The truth! Own Durga, your powerhouse expression...What makes you feel in your power? For me it’s healing and healing others. Healing through meditation, nature, exploration, words. Thank you for this though provoking exercise

What makes you feel abundant? Day 2 of
Abundance is not a person, place, or thing. It’s a state of being present and fully integrating yourself into that moment. To me it’s fulfilling a yoga class, a long hike, morning pages, catching a wave, plunging into the ocean, laughter with a friend, comfort with others, instant connections, peace signs in traffic, getting caught inside a book, appreciating yourself, sticking up for your beliefs....
Note when you recognize these moments...that’s the awareness 👌✨💞

✨Being. Takes a lot of undoing, peeling of layers, unfiltering, triumphs, failures, risks, admittance. Realizing not one emotion is better than another, sometimes happiness crosses your path and other times grief and loss arrive at your home. Own all of it. ✨

Student Becomes the Teacher✨

Who are you? What is the truth that has always walked with you? Think back on your earliest childhood memory, and focus on that moment in existence. Has your mind changed? Yes. Has your body changed? Yes, of course. Your emotions? Relationships? Your Values? Belief patterns? The way you view the world? Why, yes I suppose. Then who ARE you? Who was looking through that child’s eyes? It’s ME!? Yes, it is the one that was, is, and will be. Pure consciousness. The one that is at the seat of your essence. The source that can take lifetimes to journey back to. For we came here to experience. Simple. As ones, twos, groups. Not to change, to better, to judge, to define, to separate. To BE consciousness navigating the human experience before we make our departure. @ LOVINA
