What makes this any different than the glasses I wore in the past? The difference is in the technology and the visual experience. Neurolenses utilize patented, clinically tested technology to correct your misalignment. With the Neurolens contoured prism technology the amount of base in prism increases (or base out decreases) gradually from the top to the bottom of the lens. This allows our doctors to correct binocular misalignment at distance, intermediate, and near in a single lens.
