FAQ TIME! If it’s your first time coming for a colonic … OR if it’s been a very long time since your last colonic, it’s important to do at least a few sessions close together to really hydrate and loosen things up. I wish we could get it all out in one session but that is just not how it works! Years of build up it takes time. We call this the “deep clean” phase.

After your deep clean we then put clients into “maintenance mode” and that’s when you start spreading sessions and just come in for that 1 follow up every now and then to maintain :)

How colonics help with bloat: 👇🏼

1. Removing Excess Gas: One of the primary causes of bloating is the buildup of gas in the digestive tract. Colon hydrotherapy helps by releasing trapped gas pockets, providing relief from bloating.
