As finals week comes around the corner, my students will be happy to note that I DO NOT follow the mathematical rule of rounding for odd and even numbers. Instead, I just round UP every time I encounter the five.

Al and I thoroughly enjoyed this Spanish cooking class where we learned to make Spanish Sangria, Crema Catalan, and Paella. Our Spanish Chef was quite patient - he is now far from the stresses of working restaurants in New York and Barcelona!

He gave us an idea of what is important and what is not, the do’s and don’ts, and the tricks to “Level up!”.
