I will be out of town June 14th-16th (Friday-Sunday) I will be headed out into nature to disconnect & recharge so that I’m better able to show up for my clients! 💪🏼 Please schedule your appointments now, don’t wait! I will not be available that weekend & my schedule absolutely will fill up!

Also, starting July 1st, I will no longer be taking appointments on Sundays or Mondays. Life is transitioning in a big way for me & things will be shifting for my business.

Currently my most popular service is what I call: INTEGRATION. An integration session is a multi-modality healing where I combine hands on soft tissue therapy (massage) with reiki energywork, crystals, & the use of essential oils & auric sprays that clear, balance & protect you

I also pull cards in regards to anything you come into the session asking more clarity on. After the session, we discuss your cards & anything that came up, including any information I receive from Guides, Past Lives & Ancestors

Facial Gua Sha has become incredibly popular over the last couple of years, but this is the more commonly practiced form of Gua Sha in Chinese medicine.

Gua Sha creates transitory therapeutic petechiae (red markings) called “Sha,” which represents extrasvation of blood in the subcutis. Bringing Sha to the surface removes blood & lymph stagnation considered pathogenic in East Asian medicine. Modern research has shown that Sha produces an anti-inflammatory & immune protective effect that exists for up to several days after treatment. This accounts for clients feeling decrease pain & stiffness, as well as, fever, chills, cough, wheezing, & nausea

For awhile I’ve been really desiring to be back within a community of healers, & to be apart of a family, (very unusual for my eternal lone wolf self 😂) So it felt completely natural & meant to be for me to accept an opportunity to grow my business in Long Beach again at

Long Beach has had such a special place in my heart for more than 10 years! I’ve done so much deep inner healing work in this city over the many years I lived there; and it has such a fun, unique energy to it 💓 Plus, Sanja’s space is just so dang beautiful & magical in all the ways! ✨

I will still have my office in Huntington Beach & that won’t change, but I also be seeing clients in downtown Long Beach going forward!

I spent a few years going out to Coachella & provided massage/ reiki for the festival a couple times!! It was a great experience!!
To anyone headed out to the desert over the next couple of weekends, here are some tips:
•It’s a lonnngg weekend, pace yourself! If you go buck wild on day one, you’ll absolutely hate yourself by Sunday😜
•Comfortable closed toed shoes!! If not your feet to be filthy within hours!! It’s windy, it’s sandy, it’s the desert!!! —the grass is thrashed by the end of the second day on weekend 1 —I always wore a good pair of boots & never had a problem with tired or filthy feet!! You’ll thank me later 😉
•WATER!! You can’t drink too much water! There are locations on the venue where it’s free to fill your water!! Coconut water is also a GREAT option when you get tired of drinking plain water! It’ll replenish your lost electrolytes & make you feel better overall
•EAT!! A lot of people lose their appetite (self included) in excessive heat. Make sure to eat!! Don’t just drink your way through the weekend!! There are plenty of wonderful options, Coachella brings in great food from around SoCal, so enjoy!! If you find a hard time getting yourself to eat in the heat, fresh fruit can sometimes be easier to consume than heavier meals!!!
•Sunscreen: there are options that are organic & safe for the environment! I like Badger Organic zinc oxide & it’s easy to find at a health food store!
•It may (or may not) go without saying, but you don’t have to consume drugs and/ or alcohol to have a good time! Being present in your mind/ body is a really rad experience! 😉
•Breaks/ Naps!!! Sleep is so regenerative, especially when we are in situations our bodies are not used to like excessive desert heat & sun exposure that many people’s bodies are not prepared for
•Treat others with kindness & compassion. A big part of an experience like a music festival is the shared sense of energy & community!
•MOST importantly😉 Make sure to book your massage & reiki sessions now for after you get home so you can recuperate your body & energy post-Coachella!! 🤙 Be safe out there & look after your fellow humans!! We are all in this Human Life Thing together! 💓

NEW MOON IN ARIES GROUP DISTANCE HEALING SATURDAY APRIL 6TH 6:00PM PST

I’ve had some requests to offer a group distance healing again. I did one last August during the full moon in Pisces & I haven’t done one since.

I’m feeling called to do a group healing because collectively it seemed to be a challenging winter for many people & last month’s Mercury RX kicked a lot of us around... in a bucket... down the road 😂

April is feeling all new & sparkly ✨ & a distance reiki session is a great way to clear out anything that needs to go 👋👋 If you’ve been feeling tired, emotional, uncertain, & needing a “reset” button, this is an indication that it’s a great time to receive reiki energy.

I really wanted to offer this as something that is financially accessible because I know sometimes (self included) we need some love & energy & support but $$ can be tight.

—It’s also great for anyone who’s just “curious” what distance reiki is all about & how it can benefit them!! You will feel better, “lighter,” like you have more space in your head & body to breath (& you will sleep amazing that night) 😜 .
